Remote Assistance in Microsoft Teams
Bring ArborXR Remote Assistance into your Microsoft Teams meetings. A facilitator who's already on a Teams call can open the ArborXR Teams app, connect to a wearer's glasses, and share their live point of view with everyone in the meeting.
Open ArborXR inside Teams. Launch the ArborXR app from the Teams meeting window and sign in with your existing ArborXR account.
See and talk to the wearer. Get the live view from the glasses, with two-way audio to the wearer.
Share the view with the meeting. Put the wearer's view on screen for the other people in the call.
Nothing changes for the wearer. There's no new setup on the glasses or the paired phone, and the wearer doesn't need a Microsoft account or Teams license.
Note: Your IT team installs and deploys the ArborXR app for Teams. Teams provides the meeting and the window. Video and audio from the glasses still run on ArborXR's own real-time service, not through Teams.
