Disable Quick Access Menu while in Kiosk Mode

This update allows administrators to control the visibility of the quick access menu in ArborXR Kiosk Mode. Currently, pressing the home button on a VR device opens a menu with shortcuts to settings. With the new feature, admins can choose to either show or hide this menu when the home button is pressed.
