We’ve heard from customers that finding the right content for their XR program is often exhausting and, at times, downright frustrating. One of the most challenging parts of the process is acquiring and downloading quality demo apps. 

That’s why we built a Demo Apps library. ArborXR users will notice a new tab in their Content Library dedicated to demo XR content from top developers.

A demo app is a limited offering that gives potential customers an idea of what a developer or product can do for them. 

Now, you can experience enterprise and education XR use-cases built by trusted developers quickly and easily.

Dark Mode

We're excited to announce the release of a new dark mode for the portal. This sleek, stylish new dark theme aims to reduce eye strain and provide better readability for long work sessions. By flipping the switch to dark mode, you'll enjoy a comfortable, distraction-free viewing experience. We think you'll love this new feature designed with your vision, focus, and aesthetic in mind.

SAML 2.0 SSO Support

We're pleased to announce the release of SAML 2.0 integration to further expand our single sign-on capabilities. This update introduces support for the SAML 2.0 authorization standard, in addition to our existing OAuth 2.0 integration. Now customers using SAML 2.0 identity providers can easily configure seamless SSO and securely access our platform. One-click login makes it effortless for end-users to authenticate via your organization's IdP and get right to work.

Improved App Update Handling

Get ready for smoother, safer app updates! We're thrilled to announce a major improvement to our over-the-air (OTA) update process. New app versions will now install intelligently based on usage – updates only occur when the app is not in use.

For ArborXR Home, this means frictionless updates that won't interrupt your VR experience. Updates install seamlessly when you're not using the app or after a power cycle. No more disruptions mid-session!

For kiosk mode, updates are even smarter. To avoid any downtime, the kiosk app will update only after a power cycle. So you get continuous uptime plus the latest features and fixes.

App updates have never been smarter or less disruptive. Your apps stay up to date without you ever noticing – exactly how it should be!

Additional Columns in the Apps Table

We've added two new columns to the apps table to give you an instant overview of important app details:

• Developer Name: Now you can instantly see who developed an app at a glance to easily track 3rd party ISV apps.

• Latest Version Added: Quickly see when the latest available app version was uploaded or shared to keep track of the last time an app was worked on or modified.

With these upgrades, your app library becomes an ultra-efficient powerhouse of information. Tracking app details, authors, and versions has never been simpler. Let us know how these new columns supercharge your workflow.
